One of the questions we're asked most often is how people make their permanent jewellery feel unique.

The answer is usually charms.

A charm can completely change the look of a piece and often becomes the detail people love most. Some people choose an initial, others choose a birthstone connector, a pearl, an opal or a tiny symbol that means something to them. We've even had people choose charms simply because they loved the colour or the way it caught the light.

That's the beauty of personalisation. Two people can start with the same chain and leave with something completely different.

If you're looking at our charm collection, you'll notice there are two different styles.

Charms with two fastenings are connector charms. These sit flush within the chain itself and become part of the design.

Charms with one fastening are pendant charms. These hang from the chain and add movement, making more of a statement.

Both are beautiful. It simply comes down to whether you prefer a cleaner, integrated look or something with a little more personality.
